How can I make flippy hair stay down?

The right side of my hair always flips up.

Nothing I do will keep it down.

I've tried hair spray, hair mousse, straightening it out, and turning it under.

But it still flips.

What can I do?

Try mousse then blow dry with a round brush. Use large barrel curling iron then spray with ultra hold hairspray.

Aside from seeing your hairdresser and discussing the issue, realize many factors contribute to the movement of hair. Texture, processing, natural curl, cut, length, weight, etc. are all to be considered. You certainly could try to blow dry/iron it out, but if this fails I would question your products and technique, which is where a session with your stylist comes in. A good hair dresser will be happy to teach you how to style your own hair at home, if they are displeased to do so it's probably best to leave.
