my hair is very flat and i use hair spray under my head which just makes my head feel sticky and gross i tryed using everything and i know there must be some kind of way i see alot of girls with poofy hair does anyone have a answer?

Wash your hair with a protein enriched shampoo. Then instead of using a conditioner, use a leave in protein spray.

Apply hair mousse and blast your hair dry.

Then use some more leave in spray conditioner to dampen your hair down.

Blowdry or roller set your hair into the style you like, then use some gentle teasing/backcombing at the roots.

Finish off with hairspray.
