If i put hair spray in it first then curl it with a curling iron, will it stay?

Try using velcro rollers. This works great. After washing your hair. Blow dry thoughly. Then take small sections and comb out. Spray section with hairspray, and roll curler in place. continue with sections till hair is done. Give a final spray of hairspray over entire head. Use a blowdryer or hairdryer to dry the hair from any wetness left by spray. doesn't take long but helps to set it. Or air dry for at least 1/2 hour. Gently take the rollers out holding the hair so it doesn't pull on the velcro. Brush curls into style and if needed give a light spray to hold finished look. This works great.

yes but they'll look a bit crunchy i have the same problem try curling it then spraying hair spray lightly and from afar!

I use curly shampoo and conditioner by Vive and it really curls my hair!

just use ur curlin iron and then use ur curling tubes to keep them there

Maybe you don't have sufficient hair or maybe its just crusty. Go get some weave you need it!!!!! But a good advice all jokes aside is to go to the hair dress get your hair treated cause you may have damage ends also go to the hair store and buy some Bee-wax it keeps ya hair moist, shinny, curly and bouncy

you can do it your way, but the heat from the tong will burn the hair spray out before it is set. put curling mousse in it when it is wet, then when you curl it with tongs, use smaller sections of hair so it's not too heavy that the curls drop out, then go for it with the spray. roots, underneath, ends, the whole lot, spray away, but use one that is flexi hold else you'll be all crunchy.

Hair spray might work, but what you should try is mousse. Try buying a good quality mousse, preferably from a salon or something, because I've found that the cheapo ones from drug stores aren't as good, but you can try for yourself if you want.

After you wash your hair, dry it a bit and comb it so there is no tangles. And then shake the bottle and spray some mousse into your palm (a little goes a long way!) and run it through all your hair, combing it through, when it is damp. NOT WET or DRY it won't work as well!! MAKE sure there are no tangles other wise it will be a sticky mess!!!! Then you can dry your hair all the way and when you curl it the curl will stay in. Then, when you're finished curling (with iron or rollers) spray with some hairspray to finish and hold the style!
